This week, Men’s Wearhouse apologized to the Megadeth frontman after failing to deliver a gift certificate to his band’s tour manager in time. In time for what, I have no idea.

On December 28, Mustaine wrote in an online post that basically screams, “Fuck Men’s Wearhouse and never go there.

“A few days before Christmas, I purchased a gift certificate from the Men’s Warehouse [sic] in Salt Lake City, Utah as a gift for our awesome tour manager Jim Carroccio. You know the Men’s Warehouse [sic]… the old geezer with the voice that sound like he has chain-smoked since he was a fetus; the one that espouses, ‘I absolutely guarantee you’re gonna like the way you look,’ or some manure like that, right?”

“Well, I was talking to Jim today and wondering why he didn’t say anything (I think we all wonder sometimes when our loved ones or friends get gifts if they actually like them) and it turns out that they decided to hold my order, otherwise called by them as ‘pending,’ and told no one. For almost 9 days now, I have been waiting for delivery of this gift certificate, and I wouldn’t say anything because it IS the holidays, but these salesmen promised that they would GUARANTEE a two-day delivery of the certificate to Jim (it seems they throw this word GUARANTEE around quite a lot).

“So, we called and asked what happened and they have no explanation whatsoever, they didn’t care, and when we asked if they were going to do anything to remedy this, they made no effort whatsoever for this mix-up… although they did promise me the same GUARANTEE that they gave me when I bought it; that is that they will send it ‘two-day delivery,’ but I already was promised this. Maybe they mean 12-day delivery.

“I really think that it sucks when people make false claims, that they don’t care to make good on a problem that is clearly their fault, and with all of the ‘ABSOLUTELY GUARANTEE IT’ crap I just had to say something,” Dave rambled. “We are all living in very tight financial times right now, and like I said, you may not wear a suit for your job or for an event or occasion, but if you do, I would strongly recommend you wear someone else’s suits. Go to JoS A. Bank instead. I for one, will never set foot in a Men’s Warehouse [sic], even for shelter from a blizzard. I absolutely GUARANTEE it.”

Yesterday, the suit store called the snafu “unacceptable.”

“We apologize for the delay in receiving your gift card and agree that the delay is unacceptable,” says a rep for Men’s Wearhouse. “Customer satisfaction is our highest priority and we stand by our guarantee to deliver world-class customer service. So, we’d like to speak with you about a solution but are having some trouble reaching you since we last connected on 12/28. It seems to me, what with how much dough Dave earns, he could have just bought his tour manager a fucking suit. But then again, I am not Dave’s accountant, so I don’t know.

A new WhatsApp BETA version for Android smartphones has been released by the developers. This time, it’s about the WhatsApp 2.12.126 BETA and it comes with around 63 files new files and 381 modified files. We’ve also spotted 13 new icons and because of them and the other new and modified files, the APK (installation) file has been increased by around 109KB.

It seems that WhatsApp’s developers are preparing the Google Drive feature to be finally added to the application, since we’ve spotted files that are associated with this feature. However, we’ve noticed that the modified files come with modifications to features such as: chat, location, calling etc.

We’ve also spotted a file “ic_bluetooth.xml”, which might mean that we will be able to connect with your Bluetooth on WhatsApp or it will allow you to send chat history via Bluetooth.

In order to install WhatsApp 2.12.126 on your Android device, you will need to download the installation file from the internet and install it manually. This version can’t be found currently on the Google Play Store, as it is in BETA. However, you can download and install with ease the latest stable version of WhatsApp which is 2.12.124 and can be installed from the official Android store.

If you decide to install the WhatsApp 2.12.126 BETA on your Android, then you should open the browser that you use on your mobile device and head to the whatsapp.com/android webpage. From there, you will be able to download the WhatsApp 2.12.126 APK (installation) file. According to a report from SamMobile, Samsung’s Galaxy Note 4 will be upgraded to Android 5.1.1 and the testing is programmed to happen soon. This fall, the Korean company will release the Note 5, most likely with Android M. We have reasons to believe that the 5.1.1 update will roll out to the Note 4 phablets starting from next month.

Android 5.1.1 isn’t available for Galaxy S6 or S6 Edge yet, and it’s curious that SamMobile has received AnTuTu benchmarks with the Note 4 running on Android 5.1.1, considering that the latest two flagships have a bigger importance than the Note 4 phablet. The Samsung-focused blog also said that the company will test a 64-bit build on this phablet, and this seems hard to believe, considering that the Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge are still waiting for the 5.1.1 OTA update.

The International Business Times said that currently, there’s no specific date for the actual release of this update, because Samsung is still testing yet, while Christian Today believes that Samsung decided to release an update for the Note 4 because the phablet is very popular.

Gotta Be Mobile thinks that 5.1.1 update will fix many bugs found in 4.4.4 Kitkat OS in the Note 4 and in addition, the new version will unlock new capabilities. We hoped that the developer will come with an extended trailer of Fallout 4, but it was even better, they’ve released a gameplay trailer of Fallout 4. Motorola has big plans for 2015. According to many rumors, the Moto X and Moto G will receive new successors with interesting specs and features and soon enough, the company will have to confirm them eventually, because the internet is boiling and new leaks are surfacing. Moto X 2015 Third Generation

The main attraction on the new Moto X will be the back camera, which is reported to support a resolution of 16MP and which will receive optical image stabilization, but while some rumors are indicating that the phone will be capable to record 4K videos, Gospel Herald said that it will be capable to record in 1080p. Either way, 16MP is better than 13MP (Moto X second gen) or 10MP (first Moto X). Gospel Herald explained that “hypothetically, Moto X (2015)’s camera may have a similar performance as that on the Samsung Galaxy S6”. STJS Gadgets revealed a photo of the Moto X 2015 indicating that the device will record 4K videos at 30fps, 1080p at 60fps and 120fps and 720p at 240fps. As for the front camera, it’s rumored to have a resolution of 5MP. The display will support 1440x2560pixels at 565 ppi and the processor will be Snapdragon 808 with six cores, which will be backed by 4GB of RAM. Tech Radar believes that the 16GB variant will cost $425 and the 32GB variant will be $50 dollars more expensive.

Moto G 2015

Flipkart leaked the model number AP3560AD1K8 with white color, and Christian Today believes it’s the Moto G 2015, which will come very soon. Until now, the rumors indicated a possible release in June, but most likely, it will arrive next month. It is said that it will have a 5inches/5.2inches screen, it will be powered by a 1.7GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 610 processor backed by 2GB of RAM, it will have an internal memory of 8GB, which obviously it will support expansion, and will support 4G LTE connectivity. Also, the rumors are suggesting that the Moto G 2015 will run on the latest Android Lollipop version and it will have minor visual changes (depths and corners). MotoG3 added that the phone will have dual front side speaker.

One of the telecommunication companies of Japan, SoftBank is investing many of its shares in the developers of the combat strategy game, Clash of Clans.

The way this game is tearing the charts to avail the number one position in the gaming list, SoftBank is all set to inflate its shares of ownership in Supercell.

The Announcement

SoftBank announced in the first week of June 2015 that it has expanded its shares to a direct 73.2% in Supercell. The sole reason of Clash of Clans being the most downloaded and extremely likable game amongst its players, the Japanese company has made this increment in the shares. The complete deal was not disclosed, except the share rates during the announcement. However, the company owners made it clear that there are no more external shareholders of Supercell anymore. The rest of the 26.8% of shares is divided amongst the employees and the management.

The Earlier Investment

SoftBank had already invested in Clash of Clans two decades back. The game that launched in the year 2012 had gained so much popularity among the game players that its shares sore to a tremendous height. At that time, it had taken over no less than 50.5% of the entire shares that were released in the market. These shares cost one and a half billion dollars to the company. However, as the company had understood that Supercell could make easy money through Clash of Clans, it was a worthy investment. The game is simple enough to understand and play. Clash of Clans trains people to combat the enemy troops by making castles, building empires and training the troops. With billions of people playing this game every day to make clans and attack the army, SoftBank could not see any signs of failure and hence invested; making Supercell a blue chip company for them.

The Money Matters

If SoftBank could invest so much in Supercell, what must be the profit rate of Supercell with this game? When the CEO was asked in one of the interviews about the income and earnings Clash of Clans is making, he reported that his company made five hundred and sixty nine million dollars in 2013 and earnings of five hundred and fifteen million Euros in the year 2014. Most of the revenue is generated through Clash of Clans of Supercell. However, the rest of the games, Boom Beach and Hay Day also support to bring name and fame to the company. SoftBank is not at all interested in knowing which game is making how much money unless Supercell remains a profitable company for them.

Microsoft just released a new mid-range Lumia model for the Indian market, which costs around 190 dollars, being available though Flipkart. But those who aren’t fans of the Windows Phone platform will ignore Lumia 640’s specifications and will look for an Android device just to be able to run applications created for this operating system. Moto G 2014 is an affordable Android handset with similar specs, but we have another recommendation for you: Xiaomi’s Redmi 2, which has a newer chipset compared to the other two phones. While the Moto G 2015 costs 205 dollars, the Redmi 2 is almost 100 dollars cheaper.

Displays, dimensions and designs

The Lumia 640 and the Moto G 2014 share the same 5inches IPS LCD screen with a resolution of 720×1280 pixels that gives 294ppi, but Microsoft uses ClearBlack technology which helps the users see content better under direct sunlight. However, while both devices have their front panels protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3, the Moto G second generation received also a water-resistant coating for its display. The Redmi 2 is smaller, featuring a 4.7inches IPS LCD screen with the same resolution, but its pixel density is denser at 312ppi, meaning that the content is sharper. The Lumia 640 and the Moto G 2014 support Micro SIM cards, while the Redmi 2 is a dual SIM device.

Regarding the designs, all three phones have their casings made of plastic and their shape is rectangular, with rounded edges and flat backs. The Lumia 640 is thinner at 8.8mm and weights 145grams, being followed by the Redmi 2, which is 0.6mm thicker, but which weights 133grams and finally, the Moto G 2014 is 11mm thick and weights 149grams.

Hardware

The Lumia 640 and the Moto G 2014 have another thing in common: the internal configuration, which consists of a Qualcomm MSM8226 Snapdragon 400 chipset, a 1.2GHz Cortex-A7 processor with four cores, Adreno 305 graphics, 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal memory, expandable. However, Microsoft allows you to increase its capacity up to 128GB, while Motorola limits you to 32GB. The Redmi 2 is shipped with a superior Qualcomm MSM8916 Snapdragon 410 chipset powered by a quad-core 1.2GHz Cortex-A53 processor, which is coupled with Adreno 306 graphics and it’s available in two variants of memories: 1GB of RAM and 8GB of storage, or 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage, but both models are offering the possibility to add a microSD card and get up to 32GB of space. Both the Redmi 2 and Moto G 2014 come installed with Android v4.4.4 (KitKat), but Motorola is one of Google’s partners and its phones have access to the latest updates, so the Moto G 2014 was upgraded to 5.0 (Lollipop). The Lumia 640 runs on Microsoft Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim and has fewer available applications.

Cameras

All three devices have their rear cameras supporting a resolution of 8MP and have mutual features such as LED flash and autofocus, but the Lumia 640 and the Redmi 2 have 1/4-inch sensor size and f/2.2 aperture. But, the Lumia 640 loses the battle with its front camera of 1MP with f/2.4 apertures, because its rivals support double its resolution.

Batteries

In ascending order of battery capacities, we have the Moto G 2014 on the last place with a 2070 mAh non-removable unit, being followed by the Redmi 2 with a 2200 mAh replaceable unit and the Lumia 640 takes a rematch and wins with its 2500 mAh battery, which is removable.
